We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days excluding 2-5 days for processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of thegadgettingle.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Gadget Tingle
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Very nice and soft. Well sewn and topped, with quality material. The top cap falls a little as it is not rigid. I bought the 40cm thinking it would be enough and for my cats it's small, too bad. This one would be more like small cats.

The product is very good and arrived before the date. But it's very small though my cat is puppy so for the moment it's okay but I 've already ordered a bigger one.
It came really quickly. Less than a month. It looks nice, does not smell badly but my cats don’t like it. If you want to buy it you need to be sure your pet is going to sleep in it. I had it in my room for a few days and my cats didn’t even touch it.
The bed is good, but my cats did not appreciate it, they turn around, the small dog also refused to lie on it. I bought a house in this store, so one cat loved it at once, constantly sleeps in her, and this one does not like it.

They're just as we expected. We bought one for each 50cm x 50cm kitten, but in one fit the two to spare. They still have one month and two months respectively, although adults will also fit in one. If you get a little fruity by putting your hand on the bottom of the bed and gently pulls up, the bed itself takes shape and keeps the cover up. Anyway they love to get inside and cover for them. A fantastic purchase. They are delighted and so are we. As a negative notation (outside the store's deal), the parcel company that took care of our order, without our prior consent or notice, decided to deliver the package to a hairdresser close to We found out because the carrier indicated that the package had been delivered and we went to claim it. A mess. The deal was terrible. We also had to take care of the package personally because the transport company was misunderstood.
It's the second shirt I ask for, this time it was for my mother's dog. It's perfect, just ask for the one in the movie and they sent me the one that's flannel type, the shirt is cool and super warm. Shipping very fast. The camita can be washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer perfectly, does not spoil or lose shape.
Ordered 21 March, delivered 10 May in New Zealand. The 65cm size fits a large cat (siberian breed, 6kg). Fabric is soft and looks like the picture
