We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days excluding 2-5 days for processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of thegadgettingle.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Gadget Tingle
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent quality. much more comfortable than the official headband. I much prefer the halo style, very much like on the PSVR, I like how it kind of floats in front of you, rather than the weight of the whole Quest 2 pushing down on tour face. I wish it sat just a little lower around the back of my head but this is a minor concern and probably more a personal issue (I have a big head!) than a problem with the product. Definitely a must buy if you own a quest 2. Forget the official headband, this is cheaper and a superior product.
Elegant fastening with it is much more convenient
Masthav mount. Very comfortable to play. Shipping fast. The box came crumpled, but everything is whole. Took with an additional pillow. She's no good. Take the one that's cheaper. When you put the helmet on the table, the back cushion from the Mount conveniently supports. I recommend the store!

Thanks again to the customer service boss, this helmet has significantly improved the balance of power, especially the suspension type to solve the pressure of the eye socket. The omni-directional wrapping feeling, especially the covering feeling behind the pillow, can evenly spread the gravity in the front of the helmet to the back. The knob to change the size at the back is much more convenient than the original elastic band, and it is said to be better than the original design.Generally speaking, it is comfortable.

It's perfect. Fits the head with just pressure. It allows you to lift your glasses and have enough separation to wear glasses or not to overpress your face. The very attentive store. Now I'm missing the box to keep it

It's very good quality. Very advisable.
Works well once installed but mounting process is so bad... have to force a lot to slide, and the rubber pad glue doesn't even stick properly because of that force. The should be a recess in the plastic to host the rubber pad securely instead of just glue. Otherwise I think instead of sliding in, it should be an easy clip on mechanism like the elite strap.
They perfectly fit the quest 2. Greatly improve ergonomics, much more comfortable with this strap, very happy with the purchase
it works as expected and it arrived a little bit after the time announced but not too late. It's a bit hard to place it on both sides, and once it's in, I think there no way to take it out. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. anyway, it's working well.

Very nice! It does feel like cheap plastic and a tad flimsy, but not as stiff as the Elitestrap which I had to handle with extra care. It's also comfortable, but it does feel a bit looser than the Elite strap, though I do not shake my head like crazy so I didn't have any issues. Definitely worth half the price of the Elite, I've sent that back, let someone else deal with breaking it!

The parcel came all crumpled, but the contents remained whole. The Mount itself has not yet checked, but it looks flimsy.
