We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days excluding 2-5 days for processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of thegadgettingle.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Gadget Tingle
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
So far, I've really enjoyed this can cooler. It does a great job keeping my drink cold, and holds the can in securely. With bottle, there is a little more wiggle room, but I found if you use on of the included coozies, you can put that around the bottle first, then put the bottle in the can cooler and it creates a more secure fit. So far it's been a great product at an excellent price. I would definitely buy again.

Nice product. Works well. Only downside is when you put the top on it turns the can around so it’s hard to predict where the finger grooves will end up. I’d still recommend and would buy again.
Used this several times, it does keep canned drinks cool, also like that it can be used with other plastic drink containers with the provided insert. Bought one as a gift too.
Keeps our beverages very cold. When sitting out in the HOT sun to sunbathe, it keeps a beer cold for over 20 minutes. I place the beer in the shade under my lawn chair though. Highly recommended to keep any beverage cold. Holds the beverage very snug.
I bought this set for my daughter and her boyfriend. I added their names to it from another vendor. They hold bottles and cans. My daughters drink was left out on the table overnight, and it was still cold.
This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I recently started drinking A LOT of club soda to help me kick the cola habit, and one thing about seltzer is that it's much less enjoyable when it gets a little warm or begins to lose its carbonation. This super-coozy keeps the cans cold for way longer than I expected, and while I haven't tested it personally, I can't imagine the other much more expensive brands can do better. It can be difficult to detect when it's empty because of the weighted bottom, but I love this thing.
This stainless coolie cup will keep a can of anything cold for several hours! I'm not exaggerating. I left a cold can in one out overnight, and the next day it was still cold. It will maintain nearly the same temperature as the can was when pulled from it's cooler or fridge for well over an hour. After that it super slowly loses its cold. It would take literally hours to reach room temperature. I am amazed at how well this works.
I don’t normally add a review when a product has this many 5-star reviews, but this product deserves another review. We are completely pleased with these coolers. They work exactly as advertised, in our case keeping bottled beer cold even in Florida temperatures. There was a slight learning curve before we realized that the rubber/plastic grommet thingie unscrewed to make it easy to insert or remove a beer bottle... but that was our problem, not the product’s. If you purchase this I do not think you will be disappointed.
