Good item, you can actually use it to clean the whole house but you mustn’t exceed the prescribed time of usage (30mins). I guess one of the attachments broke in transit but anyways I’ve put Sellotape on it and it’s working fine. I recommend this product for anyone. Another thing . It came a bit later than expected but am glad it worths waiting for. Thumbs up*
