How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days excluding 2-5 days for processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of thegadgettingle.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Gadget Tingle
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent product, I arrive well sealed and protected, the image quality is very good, the shipment was fast, but the delivery was very slow, the rest perfect.
Fast shipping. Looks great. Compact. The batteries last about 2 hours. The kit includes charging, tripod, remote control, USB charging, USB cable, hdmicable. Connects without problems to iOS and Android, through HDMI connected to the computer. No problem. By Bluetooth connected to the JBL column. I think it's a little dull. In general, it costs its money. I recommend the store, a reliable seller.

A big surprise, quality very good, easy and intuitive navigation system normal in Android, for size projector have, features an excellent picture the son but this is the weak point a little low, delivery very fast since payment until you reach home took 3 days, great for me.

its a super cool product. used it once i recieved. super user friendly. item is small n handy. quality is good. use it like a handphone. download apps amd start using it. the only thing you need to note is tgat the remote control has to be sense behind the device , so it cannot be place on top or behind you if not you cant use the remote. it is clear even with your lights on. took photo of 1 with lights in open space and 1 without. light in close room. i m super satisfy with thos purchase and introduce friends to buy too !!!
The mini projector is very satisfied, it shines brightly to look nice, the colors are saturated most importantly convenient and you can take where convenient. Only there is a minus-The sound is very quiet, but you can connect the speakers as I did. Super thing!!! Thank you store!!!
Very fast delivery from Poland. Pros: Android 9.0, ventilator is quiet, large screen from short wall distance, stable and very powerful CPU, two USB ports cons: picture is not such a bright as P09 from Beintek, also colors are not such a warm like P09, speaker is quiet so you need external BT speakers in comparison to P09 which does not need external speakers hard to tell which model to choose. depends on preference

Picture quality is decent for price. Sound is not great. But on a bright side, super light to carry around. Battery works for over an hour, User friendly, much easier if downloaded the EShare app for user interaction than remote.

Проектор хороший, но видно что ему не хватает яркости, даже в темноте изображение слабое . Изображение кстати не 4К, максимум HD). Комплект богатый: есть подставка, кабель HDMI, пульт для управления (без батареек), кабель питания и + кабель usb на питание. Коробка была запечатанная и это супер, никто не трогал). Перевод на русский кривое , но все понятно. Все настройки с андроид . Кстати android 9.0 стоит вроде, это хорошо) Звук слабый в самом проекторе. Подключил PS4. Батарейки хватает на 1.5 часа просмотра фильма, дальше подключить к зарядке следует. Блок зарядки греется довольно сильно. Будьте внимательны. В целом за свои деньги, стоит того.
Conform to the description
I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this picture!! The display is crystal clear. I had it projected on a plain white wall in my bed room at about 110 inches and let's just say I won't be going to the movies anytime soon! Worth every penny!! I connected to my jbl bluetooth speaker and cranked the sound up and now I have a theater in my bed room! Bye Bye Tv! Great quality great picture and fast shipping! 5 stars from me!!
