How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days excluding 2-5 days for processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of thegadgettingle.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Gadget Tingle
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

A comment from a sound engineer here. The first impression - way too much bass and no option to turn off the UBASS dynamic bass boost function, have to use an EQ and drastically cut low frequencies when listening in Spotify or Tidal. The silicone ear-tips that come with the earbuds are not to my liking also, they also add a lot to emphasizing the bass - as seen in photos, I use them with foam tips from my Sennheiser iE80 (THESE FOAM TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED BY ANKER). What is really sad, that Anker Soundcore app for sound adjustment is NOT SUPPORTED BY THIS MODEL, Anker please add an option to switch off the dynamic bass boost, if not the app, then with a button action. Sound quality and clarity for calls is average. If not the outrageous amount of dynamic bass boost DSP, the sound quality when listening to music would be really good - with a very deep low shelf EQ cut these buds are quite enjoyable! If you like very very heavily boosted bass - these buds are for you. The buds grip in ear

Sound quality is great! Feel in the ear is great! Controls are bad! The buttons are not touch, so you either have to bush your earphones deep in yor ear to change song or pause, or try to awkwardly hold the eadbud to click it. Also, they are not intuitive.

Produto conforme o descrito. Veio bem embalado. Qualidade sonora muito boa, qualidade de construção me impressionou. Isola bem os sons externos. Fiz uns testes iniciais e não caíram enquanto pulava corda, esteira e afins. Carga dura muito, tanto do fone quanto a da caixa/case. Chegou com 70% da carga n a caixa/case(dois indicadores acesos). Demorou apenas 20 dias, e não fui tachado. Vendedor muito rápido! Recomendo.

We came for 2 weeks in Kharkiv. The headphones are made qualitatively, like the case. For their price, the sound is quite good, as for me, the volume is enough. Microphones are normal, but not for constant conversations, in crowded places there will be many foreign noise. Holders did not use, in the ears sit normally, the ambushurs of all sizes in the kit. Короч, ожидал меньшего. По итогу оказался вполне приличный звук, не бубнят, не гудят, слух не режут. Откровений не ждите, но до 3к вряд ли будет лучше звук у tws. Посадка удобная, сильно не выпирают. Под шапкой можно носить, но слышно как ткань об них трётся. Отдельно друг от друга работают. Заряда хватает на долго, за неделю ещё не посадил. Кейс большеват(скорее из-за своей формы дутой), но для меня не критично, зато батарея больше. Управления громкостью на них нет, но можно позвать голосового ассистента и сказать сделать тише/громче.
