They are similar but different. I ordered them in two orders in different time but at one store. Both work quite ok. One in yellow hat has worse speaker but it makes better voice records. The one with maracas has better speaker but you need to be near it and be very loud for a good record. They are different to the touch (different fabrics). The one with maracas is bigger (you can see it at photo) and it's buttons have no translation in English
